What is the service? What is included?
This is a two-part service.

1. Property management:
- solving current household issues of the tenant,
- checking the condition of the apartment once in 3 months,
- interacting with management companies,
- utility bills payment,
- communication with the tenant,
- legal assistance,
- moving in and out of the tenant.

2. Maintenance.

All the maintenance in apartment except for the repair of household appliances, specific and decorative work that are should be done by the management company or accredited specialist. But we will handle the communication on this issues.
Does the size of apartment affects the cost of the service?
No, the size of apartment does not matter.
Do I have to pay for the specialist if something breaks?
The cost of the specialist visit is included in the "Basic" and "Expanded" rate. You only pay for the supplies.
What kind of works of your specialists are included in the rate?
  • Janitorial: installation and repair of taps, sinks, toilets, elimination of sewage backing.
  • Electrical work: installation and repair of switches, sockets, fuse boxes, lighting appliances, subsidiary connection of cookstoves, washing machines, and dishwashers.
  • Carpentry: installation and replacement of door locks, installation and replacement of curtain rods, repair of doors, minor work of repair and assemble of furniture.
*Works that does not require a specific qualification.
How can I pay for your services?
By bank transfer to the account of the legal entity or by cash.
What is the benefits will the tenant get?

If my housing complex has its own management company and an account, where do I pay for utility bills. Why do I need your service?
Besides paying bills, our service includes: maintenance, checking the condition of the apartment every 3 months, interaction with tenant on any issue, property insurance, interaction with representatives from Housing and Utilities Services and management companies, legal assistance.

The list of necessary options is also negotiable and decrease or increase in cost of services depending on agreed options.
Can I transfer all the communication with tenant to you?
Yes. The tenant will call us for any question. We organise works, monitoring, and providing the report. Financial issues are agreed with you.
Will you take an apartment to the management if it's rented through other agency?
Yes.
If I take basic rate then will realise that I need the support of your lawyers, may I later transfer to the expanded rate?
Yes. If you will need additional options, we can change you rate.
Is the service contracted out?
Yes.
Is it possible to have an agreement for 2 months and if all good, then extend for a year, for example?
Yes.
Does the cost of the rate change for the apartment that cost 50.000 roubles per month?
The cost for apartments that is less than 100.000 roubles is 10% of the rent.
