This is a two-part service.
1. Property management:
- solving current household issues of the tenant,
- checking the condition of the apartment once in 3 months,
- interacting with management companies,
- utility bills payment,
- communication with the tenant,
- legal assistance,
- moving in and out of the tenant.
2. Maintenance.
All the maintenance in apartment except for the repair of household appliances, specific and decorative work that are should be done by the management company or accredited specialist. But we will handle the communication on this issues.
